Holistic Health Coaching


Our one-on-one health coaching sessions are focused on making broad-reaching lifestyle changes. Together with your coach, you will identify any areas in your life that could be negatively impacting your overall well-being. Sessions may address nutrition, stress management, fitness, weight, managing a chronic illness, or other health-related goals. You will ultimately work to create healthy habits, increase energy levels, and feel great in your body.


Individualized coaching can help with:


  • Gut Health - Reduce Inflammation, bloating, allergies, and fatigue


  • Energy Levels - Increase energy levels through proper nutrition and incorporating healthy sleep habits

Group Wellness Coaching

Join me for a 12 week journey on rediscovering yourself, setting goals for 2022, implementing tips and tools to reach your goals and embracing the new found you! During this 12 week journey you will receive two 90-minute in person sessions (each month) with other like minded women seeking a similar results.


During our sessions we will work on:


  • Understanding your body and what lifestyle, diet, and movement practices you can use to obtain optimal health


  • Identifying food sensitivities and how they are affecting you


  • Exploring self-compassion techniques and ways to implement self love on a daily basis


  • Exploring meditation


  • Setting your intentions for 2022 and begin cultivating the life of your dreams
